Welcome to That’s S.O. Creative, a Snowdon Oak business. By visiting our website, purchasing products, registering for workshops, booking services, or otherwise using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Products & Purchases
We offer a variety of retail products, DIY kits, handmade items, personalized products, workshops, classes, and creative services.
Because many of our products are handmade or individually created, slight variations in color, size, placement, finish, or appearance may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.
Prices, products, availability, and services are subject to change without notice.
Workshops & Classes
Registration and payment are required to reserve your spot in a workshop or class unless otherwise stated.
Workshop availability is limited, and registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Some workshops may involve paint, glue, tools, wood products, craft materials, or other supplies. Participants are responsible for following instructions and using materials appropriately.
Children participating in workshops or activities must meet any stated age requirements. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for registering minors and complying with any supervision requirements listed for the specific activity.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility may vary depending on the workshop, service, event, or product purchased.
Because materials may be purchased, prepared, cut, personalized, or reserved specifically for a customer before a workshop or event, certain payments may be non-refundable.
Any cancellation or refund terms provided at the time of purchase or booking will apply to that transaction.
That’s S.O. Creative reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop or event due to insufficient enrollment, weather, unforeseen circumstances, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If we cancel an event, registered customers will be contacted regarding available options.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Customers are responsible for reviewing names, dates, spelling, colors, wording, and other personalization details before submitting or approving a custom order.
Once production has begun, custom or personalized items generally cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or refunded unless the item is defective or an error was made by That’s S.O. Creative.
We are not responsible for errors resulting from information submitted or approved by the customer.
Party & Event Services
Party services, balloon installations, backdrops, custom signage, event décor, rentals, and other event-related services may be subject to additional agreements, deposits, cancellation policies, damage policies, or terms provided when booking.
Any service-specific agreement or policy provided at the time of booking will also apply and will control if it conflicts with these general website Terms & Conditions.
DIY Products
DIY kits and craft products may contain small pieces, paints, adhesives, wood components, tools, or other materials that require appropriate handling and adult supervision.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product or activity is appropriate for the age and abilities of the participant.
Colors & Product Images
We make every effort to represent products and colors accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, device, lighting, materials, or the handmade nature of the product.
Product photos are intended to provide a reasonable representation of the item but may not be identical to the final handmade or personalized product.
Intellectual Property
All original designs, photographs, graphics, logos, workshop materials, written content, and other original content appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to That’s S.O. Creative and/or Snowdon Oak unless otherwise stated.
Our content may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
Purchasing a product, DIY kit, or participating in a workshop does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or intellectual property.

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems, or use website content for unlawful purposes.
Limitation of Liability
